Two Reston events that did not make the fall festival roundup we covered Aug. 25 give residents more weekend options between late September and Halloween.

The Reston Farm Garden Market opens its Fall Fun Fest on Saturday, Sept. 26, and runs weekends through Saturday, Oct. 31, according to a Dulles Moms listing. The Reston nursery will fry cider doughnuts on-site all season. Pumpkins, plants and other fall activities fill the grounds on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Sept. 26 start date comes from the Dulles Moms listing. The market's own site confirms the event is weekends-only but had not posted a specific opening date as of Monday, Sept. 7.

Down the road at 11508 North Shore Drive, United Christian Parish hosts its 10th annual Art & Craft Fair and Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free.

The juried craft fair features more than 30 creators selling handmade products, according to a Visit Fairfax listing. The church sits near historic Lake Anne and will sell baked goods made by parishioners, with lunch available for purchase. Games, face painting, costumes, candy and crafts complete the day for families.

The August roundup in the Reston Review covered the Reston Multicultural Festival, which celebrates its 25th anniversary Sept. 19, along with Beer in the Garden, DogFest and ROCKToberfest. The two new additions fill the remaining weekends through the end of October.
